1. The service
Digital Leads is a lead-delivery platform. Registered business buyers purchase and receive sales leads through their account dashboard, funded by a prepaid wallet or invoiced billing.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate business information when registering. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
3. Payments, wallets, and disputes
Lead purchases are charged against your wallet balance or invoiced monthly. Disputed leads may be reviewed and credited per our dispute policy in the dashboard. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.
4. SMS notifications
With your consent, we send transactional SMS: lead delivery alerts, order confirmations, phone-verification codes, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not affect your account. See our SMS Opt-In Policy and Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not resell leads without authorization, contact leads in violation of applicable telemarketing or privacy laws (including TCPA, CASL, and CAN-SPAM), or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee lead volume, quality, or conversion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
